I am visiting a 92 yo person who will not be going down to get me that permit - i will need to get it myself- and plan to park near his home while i do a two week stint at PAFA. I will have to make a separate trip to philly prior to obtain the permit since i will be working when i arrive I think it would be nice for out of town visitors to be able to get these two week permits via web order so they had it when they arrive.
