Hello
Your review on your black berry was very informative and it sounds like it was a smart buy for you!!
My question for you is, would you say that the Curve is a good phone for the average Joe? I'm not a business person, I don't get emails from work, and I don't go to office meetings on a daily basis because I don't work in an office. So is this a good idea for me to purchase one?

The reason why I'm asking is because I'm Canadian and Telus has a great deal right now on a 3 year contract. The price looked appealing to me. But I was just wondering if it was really worth it for me to get one.

I would appreciate your opinion (already owning one)

Thanks!!

Great post. I just got my curve and have one question. Through my Treo I used to be able to sort my corporate email by name for quicker adjudication. I have not been able to see how to sort my BB email inbox in the same manner. Anyone know how?
Thanks

Hey, sweet post breaking down some of the Curve's top features. For me, two things in particular make it an outstanding and incredibly versatile phone--Google Mobile and the freedom allowed by the qwerty keyboard.

I would like to add a note regarding billing based on a service called Validas that I discovered when confronted by an overly bloated Verizon bill. It's saving me around $230 per year off my original cell bill (which equates to roughly a free month of cell service for me). I got these savings through the Validas website, www.fixmycellbill.com, where you upload your online bill which is analyzed to determine how much money you could be saving on your plan. Up to this point everything is free. If you choose, Validas provides a highly detailed and personalized cell bill adjustment report that is, for five bucks, emailed to your wireless provider in industry specific format so you can actually implement these cash saving changes to your plan. If Validas can save you more than $5 on your bill (apparently the average customer saves $491 annually through Validas), this obviously provides a cost effective remedy for reducing cellular expenses. Given the Curve's large range of applications that can easily increase a bill, Curve users may be particularly interested.

I was actually so impressed by Validas that I got a job there when the opportunity arose. It's a great company that is rapidly becoming considered a top advocate for the wireless customer. Check out a profile of Validas on The Big Idea with CNBC's Donny Deutsch at http://www.cnbc.com/id/22782456/. Any cell subscriber who wants to save some serious cash should check out this service.

Good luck to everyone on getting the best possible rate.

This post is so fantastic. I've had a standard LG phone for way too long and I'm looking to upgrade. I want to stick with Verizon as well and am thinking about a BB. Reading your thoughts on the different features was super helpful.
