People love them some free shit. The scene at 1.15p outside the Rittenhouse Square Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop. The line stretched from Sansom St down to Walnut St and around the corner.

In 2004 the mayoral primary was on free cone day. I voted after work and was number 30-something for the day. There were more than 30 people in line for a free cone a couple blocks away. O'well.
