Do you have any ideas on a pancake maker? Lack the talent to make them in a pan.

you might be surprised, but the pacakes that you make by using the recipe on the side of a package of Bisquick are pretty good. I suspect that they list a waffle batter too, which wouldn't be a bad place to start…

Congrats! I put my favorite recipe on my site years ago I liked it so much (click on Food). It's from "The Breakfast Book." It's a yeast recipe so should be made the night before. Last time we let the batter rise in the fridge instead of at room temperature and that worked very well. I know that's a pain, but I've never had better waffles.

Thad said they're a little denser than what he likes, I like it because they're not too floppy and I can eat them like cookies :-)
