Councilman O&#039;Neill disagreed that the lawsuit was a slam dunk. Previously, as candidate Nutter, now Mayor Nutter said that the current real estate structure was antiquated. His plan was for City Council to figure out how much money they needed from real estate taxes for the budget and then tax to meet that rate that year, that way a full 100% evaluation isn&#039;t necessarily needed. The pot luck included a variety of excellent food including rellenos de carne and other choice empanada-like pasteries provided by attendees from Kensington, cole slaw with cabbage from a Philadelphia community garden by a resident from Fairmount, along with some out-of-this-world Lasagna from Mrs. Stanton. During the course of the evening, Al T. expressed his opinion that the food was better than the previous pot luck last Wednesday to the delight of all who attended. [...]</description>
