		<description>Surprisingly I haven&#039;t had Sue&#039;s local/organic/cage free eggs, but I have gotten them at the farm-stand in the Terminal.  Look at one of these yolks next to even a cage free egg.

The fancy eggs are several shades yellower, the yolks are bigger, the final product more colorful and the omelet/scrambled egg whatever fresher and fluffier.  I was a skeptic too, but good eggs really do make a clear difference.  With that said, they&#039;re still a little pricey.</description>
