Jamil Burton
I was walking home today (we moved offices so it's a 10 minute walk!) and walked down by Louis Kahn Memorial Park and I saw the card above.
Jamil Burton was shot and killed back in August of 2006. The community was gearing up to have a meeting on violence right before it happened and afterwards, it was a packed house.
I'm not sure what happened in this case.
