Pennacchio in Chestnut Hill West

Do not adjust your computer screen, that is a [crappy cameraphone pic of a] Chuck Pennacchio for U.S. Senate sign. I saw it today hanging at the Chestnut Hill West train station. It's been hanging there for 10 months! I saw another one on the other side of the lot as well. Amazingly, both are in great condition, they look like they've only recently been put up. Crazy.
And just the other day, I saw the remnants of another Pennacchio sign on a utility pole right by Pennsylvania Hospital which has also been up there for 10 months.
As this primary ballot has just been announced, I'm taking it as some sort of sign. I went to a Society Hill Civic Association and Delaware River Neighborhood Alliance forum for the mayoral candidates and the District 1 Council candidates tonight. I handed out flyers for Andy Toy beforehand – he is running for City Council At-Large. I plan on getting as involved as my job allows it (time wise).
