Monday night Junior Casey will come to Philly for an event… and not charge people $1000 a head to see him! What a fucking coup. Imagine… actually meeting and interacting with the public you want to represent in Congress.

The miraculous appearance will be at the Unitarian Church at 22nd and Chestnut Sts from 6p – 7.30p. I was emailed an invite a week or so ago. It had a field to enter questions to ask Junior Casey. Ha. Is there not going to be an open forum? It's going to be a canned event? I really hope not. If so, how fucking pathetic. I'm going to be optimistic and say that the question field is for people who may not be able to make it to the event. The event is being organized by Philadelphians Against Santorum [I gotta start up my Philadelphians Against Idiots group soon] who have endorsed Junior Casey.

I'll be there, camera and notebook in hand, barring something crazy holding me at work.
