City Hall Station
I'm not sure what prompted the change, but during the last few weeks, SEPTA has repainted the walls and I-beams black and white changing from the orange and white of old.
It's pretty boring looking.
All those weeks of a dimly [even more dim than usual] lit station, breathing in paint thinner, track outages and whatnot for a black and white paint job? Eh.

yeah, and notice how nothing else in the station has been improved/cleaned? they were hoping the paint job would distract us, i bet.
