Tonight is the monthly Philly for Change meetup over at Lucy's Hatshop [247 Market St] from 7p – 9p. It's the final meetup before the May 16th primary and Chuck Pennacchio has been invited to speak to the group. If you've never had a chance to meet Chuck, this is a great venue to do so. He's on at 7.30p, but will surely stay and chat it up with the group after he speaks.

I was hoping that Valerie McDonald Roberts, candidate for Lt. Gov, would be there, but there was a scheduling conflict and she won't be able to make it to Philly [from Pittsburgh] tonight. But she will be in town Sunday morning for an early morning breakfast event at Franklin Station on Sunday. She hopes to make it back into town at an event on the 12th as well just before the election.
