philly

so here i am, in the city of brotherly love, Love Park pictured, aka JFK Plaza. i've been down here for 17 great days now and a lot has happenned. perhaps the most important thing is that i got me a job! i'll be working for the philadelphia weekly as a retail sales coordinator. what is PW? it's an alternative news weekly like village voice in nyc, the city paper in dc and i'm sure there's something like this in chitown, but i don't have the foggiest what the name is. what will i be doing there? basically, all the ads that go into the paper each week will go through my desk and i'll be doing ad sales analysis for us and our local competition, the city paper. so much more has happened down here, but there's plenty of time for that. so please check back when you get a chance and i'll give you a feel of what it's like to live down here in illadelhpia.
